Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of payment. Because everything is handmade and packed by hand, we appreciate your patience. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Carriers & Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order. Carrier selection is made at the time of fulfillment.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are typically 3–7 business days for domestic orders, depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking

A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!

Carrier Delays

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or delivery exceptions. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right.
