Returns & Refunds

Our Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition, with any tags still attached
- Returned within 14 days of your delivery date
Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are returned after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.
One-of-a-Kind Items
Because all of our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer exchanges for identical items — once a piece is gone, it's gone. If you'd like to exchange, you're welcome to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll cover return shipping and make it right at no cost to you.
